Who each one suits.
You are on Android.
Bloom, Unpluq and Opal work on Android, like Brick. Unpluq needs a subscription for its tag to work. Norma and Foqos are iPhone only.
You want to spend as little as possible.
Screen Time is free and already on your iPhone. Foqos is free and works with any NTAG213 NFC tag you buy yourself, or with a printed QR code.
You want the block to reach your Mac.
Norma blocks the sites and apps you chose on your Mac, on the same scan. Foqos has a free Mac app for websites. Opal has a Mac app on its subscription. Brick and Bloom have none today.
You want an object made of metal.
The Bloom card and the Norma disc are both stainless steel. Bloom is cheaper and thinner; Norma is heavier and made to sit out in view.

- Presets: Een set voor elk deel van je dag. Maak presets met eigen naam, icoon en apps. Wissel tussen werk, slaap of eten en start de juiste in een seconde.
- Ingedrukt houden: Start zonder de schijf. Houd de knop drie seconden vast om een sessie te starten. Stoppen vraagt nog altijd een scan.
- Timer: Sessies die vanzelf stoppen. Geef de sessie een duur. Is de tijd om, dan stopt ze vanzelf en komen je apps terug.
- Hardlock: Geen uitweg tot het einde. Vergrendel een sessie voor een vaste tijd. Tot die om is, kun je niets deblokkeren, ook niet met een scan.
- Avondmodus: Focus die vanzelf begint. Kies een tijd 's avonds en de sessie start zonder jou. Bij het wakker worden zijn je apps nog geblokkeerd, tot je scant.
- Websites: Blokkeer het web ook op je Mac. Kies de sites op je iPhone en dezelfde sessie blokkeert ze ook op je Mac.
- Statistieken: Zie de tijd die je terugkrijgt. Totale focustijd, vandaag, deze week en deze maand. Je huidige en beste reeks, je langste sessie en je rustigste uren.
- Ranglijst: Meet je, als je wilt. Standaard uit. Zet hem aan om je focustijd te vergelijken.
- Prestaties: Reeksen en mijlpalen. Badges komen vrij naarmate je focustijd oploopt.
- Binnenkort: Focus die weet waar je bent. Zet een plek op de kaart en de sessie start zodra je aankomt. Stoppen doe je door daar te scannen of het gebied te verlaten.
What Norma doesn’t do.

No Android.
Norma works on iPhone and Mac. If your phone runs Android, Brick is the right choice. We’d rather tell you here than after you order.
Norma costs more.
We are not the cheapest option, and we don’t try to be. There is no permanent sale and no countdown: one price, paid once.
No free version.
You need the disc to use Norma. Screen Time and Foqos cost nothing to try, and they are a good way to find out whether a block is enough for you.

Yes. Norma, Bloom and Foqos need no subscription, like Brick. Unpluq requires a subscription for its tag to work. Opal has a limited free tier and a Pro subscription.
No. Brick says it does not support iPads or computers for now. Norma has a free Mac app that blocks the sites and apps you chose on the same scan as your iPhone.
No. Norma works on iPhone, with a companion app on Mac. If you’re on Android, Brick supports both systems.
The principle is identical: an object you tap that cuts the apps you chose. The concrete differences are the Mac (Norma applies the block on the computer), automatic triggering by place or time, and the fact that Norma is iPhone-only where Brick also covers Android.
No. The disc is bought once and the app is included, with no subscription and no in-app purchase.
Screen Time is switched off in seconds in Settings. Norma builds on Screen Time but makes unlocking depend on an object: if the disc is in another room, the apps stay blocked.
Yes. You have 14 days to return your disc under the European right of withdrawal.
