Norma for teams.
One scan blocks the apps your team chose and another brings them back, on each person's own phone. No MDM, no monitoring, no subscription.
It runs on each person's phone.
Norma works through Screen Time on each person's own phone, so there's nothing to deploy centrally and nothing to monitor. Everyone keeps their privacy.
Deep-work sprints
Protect 90-minute focus blocks across the whole team, all starting at the same time.
Phone-free meetings
Everyone scans before sitting down, so nobody spends the meeting half-scrolling.
Healthier boundaries
Make logging off after hours the default, and reduce the risk of burnout.
How it rolls out.
Order in bulk
One shipment, to a single address, or to each of your locations.
Hand them out
Share the app link. Each person pairs their own phone in under a minute.
Scan to focus
Then each person scans to block their apps and scans again to get them back.
