Shipping & Refund Policy

Shipping Information

We usually ship within 24–48 hours (business days). Delivery time then depends on the destination and the carrier, and starts once you receive your shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Shipping costs are shown at checkout.

Returns

You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Items should be returned complete, in their original packaging.

What We Refund

We refund the price paid for the products. Shipping costs paid at checkout are not refunded. If you are a consumer in the EU exercising your legal right of withdrawal, we also refund the cost of standard delivery, as the law requires; any extra paid for express delivery is not refunded.

Return Shipping

Return postage is paid by you, unless the item arrived defective or was not what you ordered.

Customs and Import Charges

Orders shipped outside the EU may be charged customs duties and import taxes on arrival. These are not included in our prices and are not refunded. The same applies to returns: any customs duties, import taxes or carrier fees charged when a return reaches us are the sender's responsibility and may be deducted from the refund. When sending a return from outside the EU, declare it as returned goods.

Refund Processing

Once we've received and checked your return, we refund the original payment method. It can take a few days to appear, depending on your bank.
