Shipping and refund policy

Shipping times may vary depending on the batch in which your order is placed. Estimated delivery dates are indicated on each product page at the time of purchase.

Please note that:

Production and shipping timelines depend on the selected batch

Orders are shipped once the batch is completed and ready

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and carrier

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the estimated delivery timeframe displayed on the product page.

You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

To qualify for a return and refund, items must be:

  • unused and in original condition

  • returned with all original packaging, including the peel-off

Returns that are incomplete, damaged or show signs of use will not be eligible for a refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow a few days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
